Once the order is made, the system will lock it and making it impossible for any changes, including the address information and any other details. So make sure you check your order information before checking out.
We'll always work on your orders ASAP. Once our system received your order, you will get a confirmation e-mail and it can take 1-2 days for the courier to register your order/shipment. Once your order has been packed and transfered to the courier from our warehouse, the responsibility of the delivery is on our courier partners. If ten days has passed and you still have not recieved your package, please try to contact the courier and give them your order details.

Make sure that your GINSOO bag has an authenticity card included. There is a unique serial number for each bag. If you think you have a fake bag, send us a photo and the photo of the authenticity card and we can verify it for you.
1) When you're not wearing your bag, stuff it with a cloth or newspaper so that it can maintain its shape and structure. 2) To clean the surface of your bag, use a slightly wet towel or tissue. Please refrain from using alcohol to clean your bag.
Returns & Exchange
Our products go through multiple rounds of Quality Control before they are approved and sent out. However, in the off-chance that you receive a defected product and wish to return or exchange a defect product, please do so within 10 days from the ship date. Reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and attach: 1) your payment reciept and 2) a picture/video of your damaged purchased GINSOO products before you return it.
We do not accept returns after 1) 10 days of recieving the products, 2) used products, 3) or products not bought online on our website or our other official accounts.
We’re terribly sorry if you received a product that's different from the one that you ordered! Please don't loose the delivery packing slip (attached to the box). Take a picture of the packing slip and send it to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll be sure to get you the products you ordered ASAP! Meanwhile, please don’t open any seal or try the products. If you do so, we are afraid that we cannot exchange it for you.
