Organic Cotton
Organic Cotton makes up less than 1 percent of the entire cotton produced in the world. Plant fibers are natural, renewable, and inherently biodegradable.
We use non-food crop fibers that are responsibly grown, without the use of toxic pesticides.
CONVENTIONAL / INORGANIC COTTON POLLUTES
Conventional methods of cotton production involve the use of toxic pesticides, which contaminate the runoff water, causing severe harm to the surrounding ecosystems, rivers and oceans (including plants, animals, microorganisms, and humans).
WORK IN PROGRESS
We acknowledge that Organic Cotton takes more resources and water to produce per meter. But when we compare it to conventional cotton that contaminates water, it is still far
more sustainable.
Stay tuned as we continue to research how we can make our cotton-feel even more earth-friendly.
