Email us the pictures of the products, the unboxing video, and with your Order ID number to firstname.lastname@example.org no more than 10 days from the ship date. Used product cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following policies are not applied to Sale items. All Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We have the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment. We also have the right not to process your order if the product is out of stock and somehow the system fails. We will refund your payment entirely.
